• Standard international shipping starts at $40.
• Higher base rates may apply to certain countries such as South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, and Israel.
• The base freight covers packages ≤ 0.5 kg (or equivalent volume) and varies depending on your country and time zone.

Important: Shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, insurance, handling fees, or other charges (e.g., tariffs). These must be covered by the recipient.

Shipping Method

Global

Glofell ships globally from Hong Kong using trusted carriers:

• Primary methods: FEDEX / DHL / TNT (used in this order of priority).

For Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Spain:

○ Only FEDEX is available under 5 kg.
○ DHL becomes available for packages over 5 kg.

Using Your Own Shipping Account

• Customers may opt to ship using their own DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT accounts.
• Select "Use my own shipping account" during checkout and fill out the shipping address and method accordingly.

DHL eCommerce vs DHL Express

DHL eCommerce:

○ Slower, economical option; final delivery is handled by the local postal service.

DHL Express:

○ Faster, premium service with direct international delivery.

Delivery Time

• For in-stock components, orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 4 hours.
• Glofell ships once daily at approximately 5:00 PM CST, excluding Sundays.

Estimated Transit Times:

• FedEx International: 5—7 business days
• DHL Express: 5—7 business days
