NXP S32K1 is an automotive-grade 32-bit microcontroller family based on Arm® Cortex®-M0+ and Cortex®-M4F cores, offering operating frequencies from 48 MHz to 112 MHz, 128 KB to 2 MB ECC flash, up to 256 KB ECC SRAM, CAN FD, LIN, SPI, I²C, FlexIO, Ethernet, QuadSPI, 12-bit ADCs, FlexTimers, CSEc security, and ISO 26262 functional safety support up to ASIL B. Available in QFN, LQFP, and MAPBGA packages with operating-temperature options extending to +150°C, the S32K1 family is designed for automotive body control, motor control, battery management, vehicle networking, lighting, HVAC, powertrain, industrial control, and embedded appliance applications.
