The AT24C02D-STUM-T is a 2-Kbit I²C-compatible serial EEPROM manufactured by Microchip Technology. Featuring 256 × 8 memory organization, 1.7V to 3.6V low-voltage operation, up to 1MHz Fast Mode Plus I²C support, 5ms maximum self-timed write cycle, hardware write protection, more than 1 million erase/write cycles, and more than 100 years data retention, it is ideal for configuration storage, calibration data, device identification, factory programming, embedded systems, IoT devices, industrial controllers, consumer electronics, and communication equipment. The AT24C02D-STUM-T provides reliable Microchip non-volatile EEPROM performance in a compact 5-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package.
