Featuring a nonreflective 50Ω architecture, 0.6dB insertion loss, 45dB isolation, 35dBm P1dB compression, 58dBm IIP3, 33dBm through-path power handling, TTL/CMOS/1.8V compatible control logic, and a compact 16-lead 3mm × 3mm LFCSP package, the ADI HMC7992LP3DETR is ideal for cellular infrastructure, wireless communication equipment, automotive telematics, mobile radios, SDR platforms, and RF test systems requiring reliable high-linearity RF switching.
