Designed for high-speed signal isolation applications, the device provides 150Mbps data transmission, 3000Vrms isolation voltage, 75kV/µs common-mode transient immunity, low propagation delay, and wide 1.7V to 5.5V supply compatibility in a compact SOIC-8 package. The ADUM121N1BRZ-RL7 is ideal for industrial automation, motor-control systems, power converters, isolated communication interfaces, renewable energy equipment, and high-reliability embedded electronic systems requiring fast and robust digital isolation.
