Featuring 22dB gain, 36dBm saturated output power, 34dBm P1dB performance, approximately 48dBm IP3 linearity, internally matched 50Ω RF input/output interfaces, and a thermally optimized flange-mounted copper carrier package, the AM003536WM-FM-R is ideal for software-defined radio, RF instrumentation, broadband communication systems, military RF platforms, transmitter stages, and general-purpose RF gain block applications.
