The Allwinner V861 is a high-performance AI IP camera processor featuring dual-core RISC-V XuanTie C907 CPUs, an 800 MHz RISC-V MCU, a 1 TOPS INT8 NPU, AI-ISP 2.0 image processing, and integrated 128 MB DDR3 memory. It supports H.264/H.265 video encoding up to 4K at 25 fps, three direct camera inputs, always-on-video operation, and millisecond-level AI-ISP startup.
