The V837s is an Allwinner network camera SoC designed for smart IP cameras, home security cameras, video doorbells, visual monitoring devices, AIoT camera terminals, and cost-sensitive embedded vision products. Featuring a single-core Arm Cortex-A7 CPU, RISC-V MCU, Allwinner self-developed ISP, self-developed hardware codec module, built-in 64MB DDR, and H.265 / H.264 video encoding up to 2M@30fps, the Allwinner V837s provides a compact and cost-effective platform for 2MP network cameras, smart home cameras, human-detection camera products, low-cost IPC mainboards, and OEM/ODM embedded video devices.
