The V3s is a cost-efficient Allwinner camera and video application processor designed for action cameras, card cameras, vehicle DVRs, dash cameras, IP cameras, home-control screens, industrial displays, and compact Linux smart-hardware products. It integrates a single-core Arm Cortex-A7 CPU up to 1.2GHz, 64MB DDR2 memory, hardware H.264 video encoding and decoding, an 8MP-class HawkView™ ISP, parallel and MIPI CSI-2 camera inputs, LCD display controller, audio codec, USB 2.0 OTG, 10/100M Ethernet PHY, SD/SDIO/eMMC, SPI NOR/NAND, UART, I²C, SPI, PWM, ADC, and security functions in a conventional 128-pin exposed-pad LQFP package. The Allwinner V3s provides a highly integrated and PCB-friendly platform for low-cost embedded camera, DVR, IPC, HMI, and smart-display product development.
