T113Allwinner

The T113 is an Allwinner dual-core Cortex-A7 smart control and industrial application processor designed for HMI panels, smart control terminals, industrial gateways, audio devices, smart appliances, and embedded Linux products. T113-class variants such as T113-S3 and T113-i combine dual-core Arm Cortex-A7 processing with features such as HiFi4 DSP, integrated DDR3 memory in T113-S3, and a 64-bit XuanTie C906 RISC-V CPU in T113-i references. With support for display, audio, Ethernet, USB, UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, RS232/RS485 through board implementations, and industrial long-life positioning, the Allwinner T113 provides a cost-effective SoC platform for smart displays, industrial HMIs, protocol gateways, smart home panels, and connected embedded control devices.
