Featuring a heterogeneous 1 × Arm Cortex-A73 + 4 × Arm Cortex-A53 CPU architecture, Arm Mali-G57 MC1 GPU, flexible memory support up to 8GB, hardware H.265 / H.264 / VP9 decoding, H.264 encoding, and rich interfaces including PCIe 2.1, USB 3.1 Gen1 DRD, GMAC, RGB, Dual LVDS, MIPI DSI, eDP 1.3, and E-ink, the Allwinner A333 provides a cost-effective SoC platform for tablets, education products, smart displays, retail terminals, and screen-based embedded applications.
